We won’t rave about how great our products are, or how unique our pastries are since that’s the job for the customer—to sample and review our products and if you find the pastries that our Chef has pain-stakingly created worthy, recommend us to your family and friends.

Helmed by our Executive pastry chef, Hannah Wong, she started at a tender age of 7 hanging on to her mother’s apron while she baked. Inspired by the beauty and taste of traditional pastries, she decided to start her long journey into the world of sweets and treats. For 8 years, she rose through the ranks of trainee-dom to Chef De Partie in The Patissier. In 2006, Chef Hannah was part of the award winning team at the Food & Hotel Asia Salon Culinaire and won the Cacao Barry scholarship to Paris at the World Gourmet Summit.
