With the delicacy of the strawberry mousse & fresh cream; the cotton-like texture of the chiffon sponge as well as the fragrance of hazelnut in the crunchy chocolate feuilletine base, this cake has certainly won the hearts of many, both young and old.

The cake is dusted a snowy white, with just peeks of pink showing through and decorated with the fruits of summer – strawberries, raspberries, red currant. A great cake for any occasion.
